The Blooming Process
SEE HOW OUR PRODUCTS BLOSSOM INTO LIFE!
From the whisper of wildflowers in our fields to the ink on a tee or the weave of a blanket, each piece is a blooming story. This is where nature meets craft, and every detail is lovingly grown.
T-Shirt Printing Process
Here’s a quick breakdown of the DTG process:
🔹The garment is loaded onto a flat surface called a platen.
🔹A special pre-treatment is applied. This helps the ink stick to the fabric and keeps the colors looking sharp.
🔹The design is printed with water-based inks that are jetted directly onto the fabric in precise detail.
🔹The garment is cured in a dryer to set the ink and lock in your design.
Fabric Printing Note
A quick note on printing white vs. black fabrics:
🔹 On black — a white underbase is printed first. This makes colours pop and prevents them from looking dull, but the design feel thicker. It can also make the print a little less durable over time.
🔹 On white — no underbase is needed. The fabric itself acts as the “white ink,” so designs are printed directly on, but you may notice some of the fabric's fibers showing through.
✨ Both options have their own charm — bold vibrance on black or a soft, natural feel on white.
Mug Printing Process
Here’s a quick breakdown of the sublimation process:
🔹Design printing: The design is inkjet-printed onto special transfer paper using dye-sublimation inks.
🔹Wrapping the mug: The printed transfer paper is wrapped around the mug so the design is facing inward toward the surface.
🔹Heat and pressure application: The mug is placed in a heat press. High temperature and pressure cause the ink to turn into gas and bond with the mug’s special coating.
🔹Design becomes permanent: The ink blends into the coating, making the image part of the mug itself so it won’t peel or crack over time.
