How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, customers can expect delivery within 3-5 business days, depending on their location.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within Canada at this time.

What should I do if my item is defective or damaged?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with details and photographs of the issue. We will guide you through the process of obtaining an exchange or refund.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day exchange/refund policy. Customers can request an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags.

*Note that only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for exchange or refund.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
